Construction Co. says ex-regional chief stole trade secrets

By Ryan Harroff (July 12, 2022, 4:57 p.m. EDT) – The U.S. subsidiary of Australian building materials company Doka accuses one of its former regional managers in Connecticut federal court of breaching his employment contract and for sharing trade secrets with his new employer.

In its complaint on Monday, Doka USA Ltd. claims that its former employee and competitor Concrete Support Systems LLC engaged in unfair competition, interference with contracts and misappropriation of trade secrets.
