FDA Approves MENTOR MemoryGel BOOST Breast Implant

FDA officials have approved Mentor Worldwide LLC’s MENTOR MemoryGel BOOST breast implant based on a recent study showing patients and surgeons prefer it over another leading brand.

The implant is approved for women ages 22 and older undergoing breast augmentation and for women of all ages undergoing breast reconstruction. It will be commercially available in early 2022, according to a press release.
