Fed. Circ. Prompted to uphold software copyright decision

Law360 (September 1, 2021, 5:55 p.m. EDT) – The Computer & Communications Industry Association has urged the Federal Circuit to dismiss SAS Institute Inc.’s appeal over a decision by the Eastern District of Texas which judged entry and release of its non-copyrighted statistical analysis software.
