The City Airport Train has resumed operations on March 29th, 2022. The decisive factors in this decision - after two years of operating suspension due to the pandemic - were the meanwhile steady increase in travel movements at Vienna International Airport and the positive forecasts regarding passenger development in spring and summer 2022, which give hope for a sustainable recovery in air travel.
